Iced Out Bracelets With Lab Diamonds
An iced out bracelet sits right next to a watch, so stone size and metal color should match what you wear on that wrist. Franky Diamonds' iced bracelets are fully set lab-grown diamond house pieces graded E color, VS1, from $2,200 for 7.49 carats in white gold to $9,000 for 26.6 carats in rose gold.

Each is a one-of-a-kind house piece in round lab-grown diamonds. Three different gold colors means one will match most watches. For the men's baguette line, see men's bracelets and diamond bracelets.
Matching an iced bracelet to your watch
An iced bracelet and a watch are seen together, so treat them as one look:
- Metal: white gold with a steel or white gold watch, yellow with yellow, rose with rose or two-tone.
- Stone size: if the watch has a diamond bezel, match the bracelet stones roughly to the bezel stones so the two read as a set.
- Width: keep the bracelet narrower than the watch case so the watch stays the anchor.
Diamonds scratch steel and crystal, so wear the bracelet on the hand side, or on the other wrist.
How to measure your wrist
Measure just below the wrist bone and add about half an inch for a fully set bracelet; it should drape, not spin. Too loose and the clasp takes every knock. Most men wear 7.5 to 8.5 inches, most women 6.5 to 7. More in the bracelet size guide.
| Wrist measurement | Snug fit (+0.5 in) | Comfort fit (+1 in) |
|---|---|---|
| 6 in | 6.5 in | 7 in |
| 6.5 in | 7 in | 7.5 in |
| 7 in | 7.5 in | 8 in |
| 7.5 in | 8 in | 8.5 in |
Clasp types and safety
Iced bracelets close with a box clasp, and every one should have a side safety latch; a second figure-eight latch is better still. Sources disagree on how secure a box clasp is alone, so never wear one without the latch closed. Check the clasp and the settings every few months.
Real iced vs fake iced
Fake iced bracelets use cubic zirconia in plated brass. They can look sharp in photos, but plating wears through and the stones cloud. Real iced bracelets use diamonds in stamped karat gold. Ask for four things in writing: stone type, lab-grown or natural, color and clarity, and gold karat. Every house piece here lists all four: lab diamond, E, VS1, 10K or 14K. Read the iced out buying guide and what iced out means.
Lab-grown and the price per carat
Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, and the FTC requires the origin to be disclosed. On a bracelet with many stones, lab-grown brings fully iced coverage within reach: the 26.6 carat rose gold piece works out to about $338 per carat including the 14K gold. E color, the second-highest grade on GIA's scale, keeps the line white, and VS1 looks clean to the eye.
Rose, yellow or white
The three iced bracelets come in three colors, and each changes the look. White gold behind white diamonds gives the iciest, most uniform shine; it is the classic iced look. Yellow gold frames the stones in warm metal, the old-school Miami style, and matches a yellow gold watch. Rose gold is the rarest of the three in iced pieces and stands out on the wrist; it pairs well with rose or two-tone watches.
