Custom Jeweler in Miami

The short answer

Franky Diamonds has made custom jewelry in Miami since 2010. The family has been in the trade since 1990. You bring an idea to the showroom at 7900 NW 27th Ave, Unit 506, or you start it by message. The shop shows a design and an exact price before anything is made, then the piece is made and delivered. No production-day count is published. Call 954-504-5640 or message @frankydiamonds to set the conversation.

Cuban links already priced, if you want a starting point

What custom means here

Custom is not a code word for "we will talk you into a piece that is already in the tray." The catalog already has prices on chains, pendants, rings, bracelets, earrings, and necklaces. Custom starts when that tray does not have the thing you described.

The path is short on purpose. First the idea: a width, a name, a photo, a religious figure, a pendant outline, a chain length. Then a design and an exact price, on paper or in a message, before any gold is ordered or any stones are set. Then the piece is made and delivered. If you do not like the price, you stop. You are not billed for a job that was never approved.

The shop does not publish a number of days for that work. Anyone who quotes you "three days" or "six weeks" from this website is inventing it. Ask the shop for the timing on your job after the design is agreed, and get that timing in the same message as the price. The motto is "We ain't cuttin no corners," which is a claim about how the piece is made, not a claim about speed.

Jobs people actually start

Name work and Cuban links are the two requests that show up most often in the custom section of this site. A name can sit on a pendant or run along a chain. A Cuban can be ordered in a width or length the tray does not have that week. The priced examples already in stock are a useful ruler. The flat Miami Cuban at 5mm is $1,880 in 10K. The hollow 8.5mm Cuban is $4,870. If you want wider, longer, or a different karat than the 10K chains in the file, that is a custom conversation, and the price will not match those tags.

Pendants follow the same rule. A gold cross pendant is $430 if that design is the one you want. A portrait, a logo, or a figure that is not in the case is custom. Read custom pendants, what a custom pendant costs, custom name chains, and custom Cuban link chains before the meeting so you know which decisions change the price: size, gold weight, stone origin, and how detailed the front is.

Stone origin has to be said out loud. Lab-grown and natural diamonds are both diamonds. The FTC wants the lab origin disclosed, not hinted. If your custom piece uses lab stones, the quote should say lab. If it uses natural, the quote should say natural. "Diamonds" alone is a sloppy quote. Send it back.

The consultation at Northside

Consultations happen at Unit 506, 7900 NW 27th Ave, Miami, FL 33147. That is the only showroom. Bring references on your phone: a neck you like, a width in millimeters, a name spelled the way you want it spelled, and a budget you will actually pay. A budget is more useful than a mood. The shop can design to a number. It cannot design to "something crazy" and then discover the number.

Call 954-504-5640 or message @frankydiamonds before you come. Google lists Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM, closed Sunday. Confirm that a person who can price custom work is in, because a quiet afternoon at the case is not the same as a design meeting. Northside Metrorail station is about 0.4 miles west, at 3150 NW 79th Street, if you would rather not park on the first pass. Station details are on the showroom page.

If you are comparing a finished Cuban with a custom one, read Cuban link versus Miami Cuban first. Width, solid versus hollow, and diamond versus plain gold are three different bills. Mixing them into one sentence is how quotes go sideways.

Pickup, shipping, and the defect window

When the piece is done, you can pick it up at Unit 506 or have it shipped. Shipments are insured. Say which you want when you approve the price, not after the piece is sitting in a box. If you are flying out, do not assume the job will match your boarding pass. There is no published lead time to hang that hope on.

After delivery, the written policy is a 7-day window if there is a manufacturing defect. The piece needs to be unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and you need the receipt. Refunds are not part of the policy. All sales are final. A custom piece that matches the design you approved is not defective because a friend wanted it thicker.

Engraving, stone changes, and "can you add one more letter" are new jobs. They get a new design and a new price before any extra work starts. They are not a free edit at pickup.

What to send in the first message

A useful first message fits in one screen. What the piece is. Who it is for. Metal color if you know it: yellow, white, or rose. Karat if you know it. Stone origin if diamonds are involved. The date you need it in hand, stated as a date, not as "soon." And the top number you will spend. The shop can answer with a yes, a no, or a different design that fits the number.

Photos help when the request is a portrait or a logo. A blurry screenshot of a celebrity's neck does not help. A clear front view, plus a note about size in millimeters or inches, does. Links inside this site are enough for style: the custom desk collects the request, and the category pages show the finished work the shop already prices.

Franky has been the Miami counter since 2010. The trade in the family goes back to 1990. That history is the reason to have the conversation here. It is not a reason to skip the written price. Nothing is made until that number is agreed.
