Building a stack
Stacks look best with contrast: one plain gold band, one diamond band, one shape. Keep the total width under about 8 mm on the finger so it bends comfortably. Mixing gold colors works when one color leads. Our stackable bands, such as Jane Band ($775) and Sofie Diamond Band ($770), are built to sit flush against each other.
Size and band width
Most women wear sizes 5 to 8. A thin band under 2 mm feels like nothing; a dome or wide band over 6 mm fits snugger, so go up a quarter size. Diamonds and gold
These rings use small accent diamonds set in 14K gold, 58.3% pure gold, hard enough for daily wear. Listings state total carat weight; the stones are small accent diamonds, so they are graded as a range rather than one by one. Care
Clean thin bands often; lotion builds up under small stones and dulls them. Use warm water, mild soap and a soft toothbrush. Store stackers apart so diamonds do not scratch the gold of the next ring. Have the stones checked once a year.
